Field & Kitchen is a nonprofit shared-use kitchen and mini food market, proudly serving Henderson County and Western North Carolina. Our doors are open to support local growers, farmers, food entrepreneurs, locavores, and community health initiatives. When our food community thrives, we all do.
Our fully licensed commercial kitchen is thoughtfully equipped with everything small-scale food businesses need to grow, from prep space to specialty equipment. Whether you’re launching your first product, scaling up your catering, or testing a new recipe, Field & Kitchen is here to reduce barriers and fuel your success.
