Field & Kitchen, is operated as a nonprofit and is a food business incubator that supports ‘foodpreneurs’ looking to start, grow, and scale their businesses by providing affordable access to a licensed commercial kitchen, wraparound business services, and access to exclusive sales channels and opportunities.

Field & Kitchen places special emphasis on cultivating BIPOC, women, and immigrant-owned businesses, which currently comprise a high percentage of people already working within the food industry. By lowering the ‘barriers of entry’ for our ‘foodpreneurs’, we are able to provide opportunities that they otherwise might not have access to.

Our community impact.

Field & Kitchen experienced a transformative year marked by growth and innovation. Programming expanded into 52 zip codes, serving 10% more people. Our network of local food vendors grew by 185%, and educational partnerships increased by 25%, amplifying community impact. Internally, the organization successfully rolled out a new operating system and an Accountability Chart, creating clarity and alignment across teams.
